Ray Noland* joined the Bill Houk Agency in September 2008.  Ray took early retirement from IBM in June 2008 after fourteen years of service as an Executive Project Manager.  Ray is the primary agent for the property and casualty department of the Agency.  Ray is representing many quality property and casualty underwriters.  Quality customer service is his #1 priority.

Ray graduated from Ottawa University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.  With over 35 years of professional experience, Ray brings expertise as a small business owner as well as executive management in the business community.

Ray is an active member of the First Baptist Church of Clinton.  Community involvement includes Membership of the Sunrise Optimist.  Hunting, fishing and golf are his favorite hobbies.  He and Libby are proud parents of daughter, Heather and son, Matthew and grandparents to three grandsons.
