Lori started for Bill Houk Agency, Inc in 2001, as the Office Manager.  In 2004, she achieved her Health and Life Insurance License and then in 2010 she obtained her Property and Casualty License.  In addition to serving as the Office Manager, she is the Administrative Assistant to Bill Houk and Ray Noland.

Lori graduated from Central Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Management Degree in May 2000.

Lori grew up in the Montrose area and that is where she and her husband, Morgan, reside today.  She is an avid supporter of the Montrose Bluejays and also follows the MU Lady Tigers.  Lori is a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
